Mr Myers has recently moved to Florida to teach full time, leaving a career in the theater dept at MSSU as well as a host of other venues in the Joplin area. WIDELY known for his part in the act "The Three Divas", you cant really go anywhere in Joplin without someone knowing who Matt is! He threw his passion into restoring a 100+ yr old Victorian, known as the "Liberty" house in Webb City. 21 years later, he has called it quits and the home has been SOLD. We have been commissioned to liquidate pretty much EVERYTHING in the home, front porch and garden areas. This is part 1 of 2 sales and will focus only on the Main Floor, Second Floor and the Porch/Garden Areas. 2nd part of Fabric, tools, household, linens, will all be at a 1 day sale in July!

This home has not been open to the public for 21 years and being on a main thoroughfare, it has peaked interest. Due to this, there will be EXTREMELY limited entry into the home. 20 people at a time to start. We know it will be hot, so PLEASE be prepared! We are staying open late on Friday to accommodate any/all sales and pickup arrangements.
