Firearms
1. All Purchases Cash
Hand Guns
1. Valid Montana Driver’s License – Must be at least 21 – Must be Citizen living in Montana – Not prohibited by Federal or Montana law for owning or possessing firearms.
Rifles – Shotguns
1. Must have valid Driver’s License from a USA state – Must be at least 18 – Not prohibited by Federal or Montana law for owning or possessing firearms.
2. Because some of these firearms are older we are issuing a warning that all firearms should be checked by an authorized person before firing the weapon. It was reported to us by authorized persons that modern ammunition may not be the same specifications as intended by the manufacturer of any firearm at the time they were made.

Vehicles
Accept Cash, Direct Deposit in Estate funds or certified checks made payable to the estate. All checks must clear before title is released.
A bill of sale will be provided

You are on private property. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR ACCIDENTS
All items sold “as is, where is”, no returns, no warranties
Cash
All items paid for are the possession of the buyer and must be removed on the day of the sale. Any items requiring direct deposit in estate account or certified checks must be cleared by the bank holding the estate funds before removal or titles given.
Larger items require the buyer to have adequate assistance for loading. If you need to pick up purchased items at a later date than sale date, the buyer if needing additional time for removal of items purchased must make arrangements with the estate representative for a mutual time for removal and bring your own assistance.
