Estate Sale of Ronald and Charlene Laufman presented by Detailed Home Solutions

This will be another amazing sale in West Fargo.   The home is totally packed!   There is something for everyone at this sale!    

If you are a fellow cat lover, you must come and shop…everything is purrfect 😺

*** We do not answer questions, or give out pricing prior to the sale dates  — all pricing is subject to change.   

Due to the volume of items, and limited walking space in the home, we may have to limit the number of people in the home at one time to a comfortable and safe level for everyone’s safety.  
The main level of the home is much more full than the basement, so if it’s crowded upstairs, please shop downstairs, the garage, or outside in the backyard.  

We will also not have much room for a hold table, so please plan on carrying your items with you if necessary while you’re shopping, and paying for items, and re-entering if need be.   

Bids will be accepted on items over $50 to avoid any negotiating during the sale. Pay the sticker price and the item is yours! Sunday prices will be 50% off ticketed prices, although some exclusions apply. Only bids over 50% will be considered on closing of the first day. 

Please bring help for loading all items. Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, as we will have a limited supply available for purchase

Tickets will be handed out at 8:30 am, or earlier if time permits, to the customers already in line. Those customers that arrive after 8:30, will be allowed in the sale after everyone with entry tickets has been allowed in. This is done to help keep the flow of traffic going, and to be fair and equitable to who is at the front of the line to enter at 9am. We will limit the number of people allowed into the home at one time, in order to ensure the safety of our shoppers, and our clients.

We will only be using the front door as an entrance and exit for this sale. The line should start at the front door only. Further instructions will be placed outside the front door if you plan on being an early arrival and want to have a place in line. Your help in following this will make a great and fun experience for everyone.
