Attic To The Basement Estate Sales
Description & Details
We are having a blowout sale on Sunday. Everything must go.!! Stop by for some great deals! 10am-2pm
Than you for your interest in our antique estate sale in Freehold. Upstairs, you'll find five rooms filled with an array of unique treasures, including various pieces of antique furniture, clocks, uranium glass, Art Deco items, paintings, books, Depression glass—including an entire set of green ballerina pieces—lamps, accent tables, servers, drop leaf tables, Windsor Chairs, Oil Lamps and Christmas children’s books.. Additional offerings include foyer tables, bookshelves, mantle clocks, two exquisite 8-foot brass lanterns, a plethora of postcards mostly 1906-1940’s covering themes such as Christmas, 6 Halloween, loads of Easter, Valentines, Military, Thanksgiving, the Jersey Shore, and New York ..
We have a selection of antique costume jewelry available, featuring many unsigned pieces alongside several unique and vintage items. We kindly ask our customers for their patience, as we will only permit two customers at a time to enter the jewelry area due to recent theft concerns. Thank you for your understanding.
The basement is brimming with vintage Christmas items, barware, Depression glass, tea cups, dinnerware, glassware, books, albums, dollhouse furniture, a stunning griffin andirons set, church pews, benches, pottery and more!!
Delivery services are available for a fee. If you plan to remove larger items yourself, please ensure you have extra help and suitable transportation arranged. Our delivery service typically operates on Mondays and Tuesdays, so feel free to ask a staff member for more details.
Doors will open promptly at 9 AM on Friday morning. If you choose to start a sign-up list, please be aware that it is your responsibility to maintain it. Attic To Basement is not liable for any lists that are removed or altered. We advise against starting a list the night before, as it may be removed. We recommend beginning the list on Friday morning.
Please refrain from walking on the ivy or venturing to the back of the house; kindly stick to the center of the front yard, as the right side is heavily overgrown with ivy and vines, posing a tripping hazard.
Large bags, pocketbooks, and coats are not permitted... Cash and CC only.. No Venmo or Zelle
A designated hold area will be available, but due to the abundance of items in the house, space will be limited… . Keep in mind that the Attic To Basement staff will be busy during the estate sale and will not be able to monitor your items in the holding areas..
We ask that you be courteous to others waiting to enter and make your selections efficiently to allow others a chance to enjoy the sale. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you this weekend!
