The sale starts Saturday October 15th 9am-3pm Numbers will be available Saturday Morning at 7:30am .. Please do not leave an unattended list/sign up sheet at the door. it will not be honored….

Early birds- if you start a list you must remain at the property along with everyone that signs the list until the numbers are called at 7:30am .. If you are not present at 7:30am when we call out your number you will loose your place in line and will need to take another number.. Please keep in mind you do not need to be there at 7:30am to attend the sale.. This is just for early bird customers..

Living Room- Matching set of 5 cream upholstered living room couches… Two couches, Two loveseats and ottoman .. Large Armoire TV cabinet... Asian style octogon cabinets, Asian Style chest of drawers, Ceramic Asian planters.. Formal Living Room- Pair of white couches, Glass top coffee table, ladies writing desk, Eastlake style chair, French gilt clock, capodamonte Lamps...

Furniture must be removed by 2pm   October 16th.. NO Exceptions…  We offer furniture delivery for a fee… Please bring  help for furniture removal.. We are not responsible for accidents involving furniture removal,  including damages..
