**Main Floor Highlights:**
The first room features an impressive assortment Die cast Cars , Matchbox Cars please note, there are no red lines—and various models, primarily focused on military ships, planes, and vehicles, many of which are still in their original packaging. Adjacent to this, the dining room is filled with corgi Batman cars, action figures, cast soldiers, and an array of McDonald's Happy Meal toys, among other collectibles. 

Just five steps up from the dining room lies another treasure trove, showcasing iconic memorabilia such as dolls of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and characters from "Gone with the Wind," as well as Princess Diana and Prince Charles dolls. This room also boasts a vast collection of wooden sailboats in various sizes, alongside Star Wars action figures, KISS dolls still in their boxes, King Kong memorabilia, He-Man figures, and musical instruments.

**Second Floor Attractions:**
The second floor houses two rooms overflowing with action figures and dolls, featuring both classic and contemporary items from franchises like Star Wars, Superman, Batman, Saved by the Bell, X-Men, and Star Trek, as well as marionettes and Annie collectibles. This sale promises to be a delight for collectors and enthusiasts alike!

**Sale Logistics:**
To manage the flow of visitors, we will allow entry for 10 people at a time. You are welcome to bring empty bags, and we will provide holding bins for your convenience.

EARLY BIRDS… If you start a list, please make sure to keep it updated and maintained! We strongly discourage leaving lists on the door, as we cannot be held responsible if your list is removed, misplaced, or blows  away. Your understanding is appreciated as we strive to ensure a smooth and organized experience for all attendees...

Parking tends to be more favorable on weekends, but be prepared for a bit of a walk, so comfortable footwear is recommended. The driveway will be available for easy pickup.

On Sunday, we will also open the garage, which contains an assortment of tools, additional toys, collectible dishes, and other unique items. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore and purchase from this remarkable collection!
