Following the new executive order from Governor Murphy (released on Tuesday, June 9th), this estate sale is now an "In-Person" estate sale. TO ATTEND THIS SALE, AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED. APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, JULY 10TH, SATURDAY, JULY 11TH, & SUNDAY, JULY 12TH . Please Read Below For More Information:
- Do I need an appointment? Yes.
- How many guests are allowed per appointment? Each appointment is for 2 guests.
- How long is the appointment for? Each appointment is for a 1 hour time window.
- Can I enter the property? Yes. A mask or face covering and gloves are required for entry.
- Are bathrooms available? Sorry, but there are no bathrooms available at any time.
- Do I have to bring anything with me? Yes. Please bring a vehicle that can transport all items purchased along with gloves, a face covering, and cash for your purchase.
