Not all items in the photos are for sale, and some may be sold prior to the sale.
8.1% Sales Tax is included in the price.

I do sell large items in advance, so if you want to purchase an armoire, a piano, a grandfather clock or a vehicle, please call me.
I never ask my buyers to wait in line, and I offer water and shopping baskets to buyers. I always have a restroom available for your use. I supply bags and paper for you to securely wrap your new fabulous finds. I would not have a successful sale without my wonderful buyers and I treat you as I want to be treated when I attend a sale. I do not mark the prices half off the last day. I accept offers and I will work with you when you are there on the first day!
CASH ONLY. I will accept a Nevada check with an Nevada Driver's License. No credit cards. All sales are final. Sold "As Is". If you have a tax ID and wish to purchase items without paying Nevada Sales Tax, please bring your own Resale Certificate.
PLEASE DO NOT bring in your own bag. I offer shopping carts that you can use instead.

This Estate Sale is on the south end of town, but is very easy to get to. This home has very nice, contemporary items and is very clean. If there is anything you want to purchase now, let me know!
The directions and address are as follows: I-15 south past the Blue Diamond exit and past South Point. Exit right on Cactus. Although you are turning right onto Cactus, get in the far left right hand turn lane to turn right, so you can make an immediate left onto Dean Martin Drive. Take Dean Martin all the way to Southern Highlands Parkway and turn right. Make a right into a gated community called, "Royal Highlands". Check with guard at gate and be prepared to hand security your driver’s license. When gate opens, proceed straight and make a right on Galloway Downs Avenue, and then make a third right onto Carberry Hill Street, 10963 is on the right. Guard will NOT let anyone in before 9:00 am!
