Sale of vehicles at the Lamalfa Estate Sale in Schenectady, NY
To bid on any of the cars in the Lamalfa Estate sale by J&K Antiques and Estate Sales, LLC we require the following: your full name; your current cellular telephone number; the bid amount over the minimum or current high bid.

Initial Bids
Initial contact for bidding will be in person or by email only. The sale opens on Friday April 26th at 9am. Address available on estatesales.net/Lamalfa Estate by J&K, and Jkantiques.com. My email address is Skalkaho42@gmail.com. If you are outbid, I will call you and give you my phone number along with the opportunity to rebid. There is no limit on the number of times you may bid. Bidding is by increments of $500. If you are outbid you must raise your counteroffer by at least $500.

Minimum Bids and Owner Reserve
Each vehicle has a minimum and the owner’s reserve (a private figure) must be met. The bidder must be present on Sunday to finalize the transaction with cash, or certified bank check, sign a New York Bill of Sale in duplicate. A clean title and death certificate, if required, will be provided. New York sales tax is the responsibility of the new owner.
