To participate in vehicle bidding, bidders may be required to provide:

Valid government-issued photo ID
Proof of funds or financing approval
Completed vehicle bidder registration form
Approved bidder card prior to auction participation

Kept House Auction & Estate Sales reserves the right to approve or deny bidder participation at its sole discretion.

Vehicle Auction Terms
All vehicles are sold AS IS, WHERE IS
All sales are final
Vehicles are offered as reserve auctions
Descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed
Buyers are responsible for taxes, title, registration, insurance, transportation, and removal
Vehicle titles transfer only after all funds have fully cleared

Preview and inspection prior to bidding are strongly encouraged.

Non-refundable deposit: $2,000
Ford Mustang GT Convertible
Non-refundable deposit: $500

Deposits are due immediately following the close of bidding.

Remaining Vehicle Balances

Remaining balances must be paid via:
Wire Transfer (preferred)
Cashier’s Check
Certified Bank Funds
Other payment methods approved by Kept House prior to bidding

Not Accepted
Personal checks
Standard credit card payments for full vehicle balances unless approved prior to auction

Vehicle titles will be released only after all funds have fully cleared.

Vehicle Removal Deadline
All vehicles must be removed no later than:
Sunday, June 7, 2026

Failure to complete payment or removal may result in forfeiture of deposit and revocation of bidding privileges.
