ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won. 

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items. Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely. We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.

Note:  If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You will need to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice or pay with exact cash at pick up. 

J & K Estate Sales LLC and the land owner are not responsible for injuries or accidents. 

$5.00 disposal fee per lot on abandoned lots, lots will be considered abandoned if bidder fails to pickup and pay for items on the advertised day of pickup.
