Join us as we liquidate the complete contents of this historic residence, located thirty-five minutes from downtown Columbus.  The property features a 4,000 sq. ft Virginia-style farmhouse built in 1827, original barn and three-car garage.  Owners are a marketing agency executive/ recent Decorative Arts Center Executive Director and a prominent Central Ohio Realtor. The residence has also operated as a Bed & Breakfast.

This once-in-a-lifetime sale event features items collected and curated over twenty-five years.  Items include antiques, fine art, designer furniture, men’s fashions, rugs, patio furniture, tools, a Kawasaki KLX140 off-road motorcycle, and so much more.

Parking/ Entry:   The home sits at the end of a long drive.  Please follow parking instructions from our helpful staff members to ensure all customers arrive and depart safely and efficiently.  Entrances to the home will be open on both levels to provide easy access to the garage, assist those who wish to avoid climbing narrow stairs, and to help maintain social distance.
