Happy Fall and our Astoria Sale Has It All

IMPORTANT IMPORTANT

The dive way is a ONE-WAY drive way only. A person will be at the bottom making sure it is clear for you to come up to the estate. If you go up to the house without clearance from down below, you will be kicked out of the sale immediately. You must be cleared to come up the drive way from down below first before driving up. There is plenty of parting at the top. Find a place in the grass and come to the sale. The drive way is bumpy at times. Do not bring your low rider up to the estate, it will not make it. My small front wheel drive SUV does find; most vehicles will not have an issue. There is not very many places to park down below if you have to wait until someone comes down the driveway to go up the to estate. Be patient. It will be your turn shortly. It just means we have someone one or multiple people coming down. Be courteous to the one below and work with us. If you are difficult or rude in any way. You will leave the sale and this will be the end of it.
