If you arrive before 8am, please sign the list. After you sign the list you must stay on premis until 8am when we give out numbers. Please one number per person, and in fairness to everyone, please sign only people actually present. After numbers are given to all, you can get numbers for others. If you sign and leave, your name may be crossed off and you will receive a higher number. After you get you number, you can leave until sale time. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP FOR MOVING LARGE FURNITURE PIECES. WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF AVAILABLE FOR MOVING ITEMS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE 3PM SATURDAY, UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRAINGMENTS. USUALLY THE HOME MUST BE EMPTY BY SATURDAY NIGHT, AND WE THEN START ANOTHER SALE. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TAKEN ALL YOUR ITEMS. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEFT ITEMS, AND GETTING THEM TO YOU AT ANOTHER TIME. ALSO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THAT WITH REGARD TO PRICE, WE ARE WORKING FOR A CLIENT, OFTEN INVOLVING A LOSS, OR A CHANGE IN LIFE. THESE ITEMS DO NOT BELONG TO US. TRY TO THINK IF WE WERE WORKING FOR YOU, AND THESE WERE YOUR ITEMS. WE TRY HARD TO BE FAIR TO OUR CUSTOMERS, AND CLIENT ALIKE. OUR PRICES ARE FIRM THE FIRST DAY AND WE STRIVE HARD TO FAIR TO ALL. SOMETIMES WE CAN NEGOTIATE ON SOME ITEMS AFTER NOON ON SATURDAY, AND WE DO SELECTED MARKDOWNS ON SOME ITEMS. WE DO NOT DO A GENERIC HALF OFF. This is a very high end property and has been sold. Please be careful not to park on grass areas. There is plenty of parking on the large paved area, so please park carefully. Also please stay in the sale area, and not on the grounds. This is a Gorgeous country estate property, owners moving out of area and leaving many beautiful and high end furniture, decor, house and outdoor items. There have been a few very minor changes, due to the owners deciding to take dining table and bar stools staying with the home. Also many additions, so please check for updated photos later today. Set of 8 Chadwick hostess chairs. The dark leather sofa is Stafford 4300.00 new, the cream color 3 piece sofa with ottoman is Huntington Wyatt. There are 2 Heston tall chests cost 2100.00 new. There are 2 Lee leather side chairs, 2 side chairs by Puma. A king tempurpedic bed, and other small furniture pieces. Very high end patio furniture many different pieces. We will be selling the furniture for mere fractions of cost, only mention the cost to show the kind of quality items we have here. The large furniture will be in the house. All the other items will be staged in the huge shop/motor home garage. More info as we we begin.
