IMPORTANT: EDM Estate Sales and forklift driver are not responsible for any damage of loading and/or unloading of heavy equipment from the sale if you would like to utilize the forklift driver provided. Customer must sign waiver with EDM Estate Sales. Equipment is sold “as is” and if damage occurs, there will not be a refund of any kind. If customer would like to be responsible for their own removal of the equipment, they may do so. If they cause damage to the building or anything on the property, they will be liable for the damage. Care must be taken during this process. Only a few pieces of machinery will need a forklift to be removed. Sunday is for equipment removal. $40 machinery load out fee required.
