Stop at John's Floating Shop Estate Sale

Gate opens 9:00AM for parking by container.

BRING an umbrella, warm clothes, boots as needed. There is no cover to wait in line. There is no cover outside the shop. Dress warm and for rain.

PLEASE park in upper parking lot where the container is located. Vehicles can be brought down near the ramp for loading purposes. There is handicap parking near the ramp if needed but it is still quite a walk to the sale. Please be careful. The gate will stay opened for the sale. Stay away from all the other homes on the water. Be courteous when parking and with the other homeowners.

ONLY 7 to 8 customers in the shop at a time, first come first serve. We do have some room at the docks to look at items outside but the shop is a different story. Not much room to move around. Keep an eye out for another sale at this estate. The home, all of the shop and the container will be part of another big sale.

No children at the docks without a life jacket. They will not be allowed to come to the sale without one. No life jackets are available for use. This is not a debatable thing. The rules of the dock are children must have a life jacket. If you they do not parents and the children will have to leave. No exceptions

Please be very careful down at the docks. There is room on the docks to look at the items outside the back deck of the home next to the shop. DO NOT go towards the front of the home. It is clearly marked not to go back there. Anyone that goes to the front of the house will be considered trespassing.

We will get your name and phone number for Monday pickup which is from 2 to 6 pm. The customer must bring the people, vehicles and everything necessary to get the large equipment pieces off of the property. If an item is purchased and come Monday the customer does not show or does not bring the right capabilities to remove the equipment. No refunds will be issued and the equipment will stay with the estate. There will also be availability for removal of equipment after the sale has closed each day Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Whatever works best for everyone.
