Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to examine any lot of interest prior to bidding. Additional photographs, measurements, and condition reports are available upon request. Buyers should ask any questions regarding a lot before placing a bid.

Attic Estates & Appraisals and its consignor(s) make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, age, rarity, provenance, attribution, material, or historical significance.
All descriptions, photographs, and catalog information are provided for identification purposes only. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that an item is free from wear, imperfections, restoration, or the natural effects of age.

PAYMENT
The buyer is responsible for payment of the full amount due, including hammer price, buyer’s premium, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other authorized fees.
Full payment must be received within five (5) business days following the auction.
Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer and LiveAuctioneers’ LivePayments credit card system.
If you wish to discuss an alternative payment method, please contact Attic Estates & Appraisals before submitting payment.
COLLECTING PURCHASES
Once all funds have been received and verified, purchased lots will typically be prepared for shipment within five (5) business days.
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is processed.
SHIPPING TERMS
All shipments are carefully packaged and fully insured. Tracking information is provided for each shipment, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping times may vary depending on payment verification, destination, carrier availability, customs requirements, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
After a winning bid is placed, you will receive purchase confirmation. Once payment is verified, your item will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the nature of the item.
A tracking number will be provided once your shipment is prepared. All domestic shipments are fully insured and sent to the verified billing/shipping address.
A signature and valid contact phone number are required for delivery.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
International purchases are shipped via FedEx or another carrier when required by destination or insurance restrictions.
A flat $180 international shipping fee applies unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and any other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the hammer price, buyer’s premium, or shipping fee.
Buyers must confirm that an item may legally be imported into their country. Customs delays or restrictions may occur and are outside our control.
A signature and valid contact phone number are required for all international deliveries.
SAFE TRACKING & SIGNATURE
All purchases are shipped fully insured with tracking. A signature is required upon delivery for the protection of valuable merchandise.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
To protect our buyers and prevent fraudulent transactions, purchases must be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the approved payment method unless an alternative address is expressly approved by Attic Estates & Appraisals prior to shipment.
BUYER’S PREMIUM
Winning bidders are responsible for paying the buyer’s premium listed for the auction. The buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price.
Please review the applicable buyer’s premium before bidding.
TAXES
Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.
In addition to the hammer price and buyer’s premium, buyers are responsible for any state, local, or marketplace?facilitated taxes required by law.
Oregon does not charge sales tax; however, marketplace?facilitated tax rules may apply depending on your location and LiveAuctioneers’ policies.
