Payment will be processed by the Jarman Auction Co at the conclusion of the auction.
Pick up for these items is at 844 Harbor Place Drive, James Island, SC.

Pick up is Thursday, July 27 - Saturday, June 29 @ 10 – 4PM. We will assist customers with items, but we CANNOT load vehicles... please remember to bring packing and wrapping materials and help to load large or heavy items.

A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all sales. It will be billed to and paid by the successful bidder. All charges are then subject to local taxes, shipping, and handling (if applicable). Tax-exempt buyers must have exemption documents on file with Jarman Auction Co.

By bidding on an item on this site, you have entered into a legally binding contract between yourself and Seymour Auctions. Successful bidders who fail to complete a transaction may be blocked or permanently banned from participation in future auctions or sales. All lots are subject to extended-time bidding. When last-minute bids are made (under 2 minutes), time is extended 2 minutes to allow all bidders a chance to make a final bid.

Seymour Auctions reserves the right to remove any listing at any time or to modify descriptions. Should there be any malfunction of the website during an ongoing auction or should any natural occurrence disrupt the bidder's ability to access the site, we reserve the right to extend or continue the auction or re-list any items affected.

Items will not be shipped, delivered, or available for pick up until payment has been made. Items not paid for (FOR ANY REASON) within 3 days may be forfeited and shall become the property of Seymour Auctions. When you do not pay for an item, your account will be restricted so that you will not be allowed to bid on any of our auctions until that account comes into good standing. Seymour Auctions reserves the right to resell, donate or otherwise discard unclaimed items.

Shipping is available on some items - please notify us PRIOR TO BIDDING at info@seymourauctions.com OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION on this platform's messaging system if you purchase an item that you need to have shipped.

Please CONTACT US to let us know that you need shipping. We have many local bidders who still have out-of-town addresses, so we do not automatically ship something just because the address is not local.

**PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY: ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY JULY @ 4 PM WILL BE TREATED AS ABANDONED. YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR OWNERSHIP WHETHER THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PAID OR NOT. AT THIS POINT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-SELL, REMOVE OR DISCARD ANY ITEM(S) THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP. NO REFUNDS, NOR PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.
