We offer traditional onsite estate sales and auction options for estate liquidations. All items will be organized, photographed and advertised online for any of the sale formats.
We can organize a conventional “Tag Sale” where all items are professionally photographed and displayed. We appropriately price the estate inventory based on research and experience to produce the best results for the estate based on current market value.

Other options for an estate sale include conducting an auction with online only bidding which reduces traffic in the home and neighborhood. Items are photographed and posted on the internet for for several days. Anyone who can access the internet can bid in the auction. Only the winning bidders will be allowed in the home to pick up the items they purchased in a controlled and timely manner.
Another option is a live onsite auction where all items are sold in one day. The auction is photographed and advertised. Everyone is invited to attend the auction. Everything is sold and removed from the home on the day of the auction.
If there is any remaining inventory from the tag sale or auction, it can be relocated to our Auction Gallery and sold in an upcoming auction or directly from our Gallery Shop. We always provide a written record of items sold. Complete house clean-out service is also an available option.
