Lots will start closing on Saturday, July 11 at 10:00am EDT – soft close – A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher.

Pick Up/Removal: Tuesday, July 14 from 10:00am – 5:00pm EDT – Everything will be picked up from the house at 235 County Road 707 in Athens, TN 37303.  **If you purchase farm implements or the fuel tank, you will need to bring your tractor to load your items with.  We will not have means to load your items for you!!  If you would like to pay by cash or check, you must do so on Monday, July 13 at our office in Knoxville by 12:00 noon!!!  We will not accept any payments at the house at time of pick up!!!  You will need to make an appointment for pick up.**
