This is only an inventory reduction sale!!!  We are not closing our doors!!  We are not going out of business!!  We simply have way to much inventory!!!  Bad news for us, good news for you!!  Selected inventory will be sold to the highest bidder!!  Items such as:  Lumber, Doors, Windows, Mouldings and other items!!  The list will vary as items sell and come off the list and other items go on the list because they aren’t selling at retail prices.  The only way to know what you can buy at the auction for sure, is to come to the auction!!  Make sure you bring a pocket full of money, a truck to haul it and folks to help load!!  This is your opportunity to get building materials at rock bottom prices!!

Preview will be starting at 8:00am the day of the auction.

Pickup will be immediately following the auction.
