Lots will start ending at 7:00pm EST on Sunday, March 14 – soft close – 10% buyers premium on the real estate – 15% buyers premium on the personal property.  No Sales Tax!!!  This is a CREDIT CARD ONLY auction!!!  Cash nor checks will be accepted.  If you do not want your card charged, please do not bid on this auction!!!  $30 fee will be charged to credit cards that are declined!!

Pickup/Removal:  Monday and Tuesday, March 15 and 16 from 10am – 4pm each day.  You will need to bring help with you!!!  If you buy items in the basement, bring boxes to pack your items and people to help you haul it out of the basement.  There is no outside access to the basement.  Everything will have to be brought up through the house and out the back door.  BRING HELP!!!!
