All items are located at the home and will be previewed and picked up from the home, located at 911 Kenesaw Ave. in Sequoia Hills.  No items are located at Powell Auction and none will be hauled back to Powell Auction from the location.  There is limited parking!!  Preview and Pick up appointments will need to be made.

Preview/Inspection:  Friday, December 7 from 2pm – 5pm EST – Please call the office at 865-938-3403 and make an appointment during these hours to preview.  There is limited parking at the house.

Lots will start closing on Sunday, December 9 at 2:00pm EST – soft close – items will close as their count down clock winds down.  Once the clock for a particular item runs out, it will show “closing”.  Once an items shows “closing”, no more bids may be placed on that item.  Items will stay open and bidding will be extended as long as time has not run out and bidding activity is registered by the computer.

Pick Up/Removal:  Tuesday, December 11 from 1pm – 5pm EST.  The majority of what is being sold is furniture.  Please come prepared to pick up furniture; bring your packing blankets, your help to load your furniture and your truck or trailer.  Please do not come in a Volkswagon and tell us you are here to pick up the sectional sofa.  It ain’t gonna happen!!!  We do not have free access to this residence!!!  All items must be removed by 5:00pm on the pick up day.  The house has been sold and the sellers must vacate the house on this day!!  Check your calendar now.  If you can not make this pick up and can not have someone pick it up for you, please, please do not bid!!!  It’s not that we don’t want your business, we are just on a tight schedule and short leash with this sale.  We need everyones cooperation to vacate this house on the given day.
