TERMS: $500 cash deposit due upon registration. Deposit is refundable if no purchase is made or applies toward the purchase price of a vehicle. Buyer’s Premium scale fee & tax will be added to all purchases. Payment is to be made in full at the conclusion of the auction. Payment to be US currency cash or credit card (credit card will have a 3% fee added). An approved check may be written with a bank letter of guarantee only, good for the day of the auction.
Titles will be ready for pickup (local) or sent in mail (out of area) on Thursday following the sale.
Green Light vehicles, buyer will have 2 hours after the last car sells, the day of the auction only, to check the vehicle out. IF there is a problem, it must be the engine or transmission only & must be at least 600.00 or more.
ALL online vehicles are sold Red Light & non refundable.
Red Light vehicles, are sold “AS-IS, HOW-IS with ALL FAULTS” and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicles & verifying all information, to their satisfaction, before bidding.
