NOTICE: To protect everyone, this weeks auction will be online only bidding.

We will have inspection on Friday, but we want every one to practice social distancing, we will limit how many people enter the building or access can be gained outside thru the side gate. 

Payment can be made 2 hours after the auction on Saturday or Monday Before 12 Noon 

Payment is cash or check with bank approval , or wire transfer.

TERMS:  Buyer’s Premium scale fee & tax will be added to all purchases. Payment is to be made in full by Monday at 12 noon of the auction. Payment to be US currency cash . An approved check may be written with a bank letter of guarantee only, good for the day of the auction. Titles will be ready for pickup (local) or sent in mail (out of area) on Thursday following the sale. Green Light vehicles, buyer will have 2 hours after the last car sells, the day of the auction only, to check the vehicle out. IF there is a problem, it must be the engine or transmission only & must be at least 600.00 or more. ALL online vehicles are sold Red Light & non refundable. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of owner up to and reserve price set on the items being sold. All items are sold with reserve unless noticed otherwise. Red Light vehicles, are sold “AS-IS, HOW-IS with ALL FAULTS” and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicles & verifying all information, to their satisfaction, before bidding. PLEASE read Rules & Regulations, BEFORE bidding, see attached.
