These items are not located at Powell Auction!!  If you would like to pay by cash or approved check/cashier’s check, you may do so at our office on 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921 on Wednesday, June 24 until 12:00pm EDT.  After noon, all outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid.  Please be certain, before you register, that your credit card information is current and correct.  There will be a $30 Service Fee added to any and all declined credit cards!!  Shipping is not offered for this auction, this is a local pick up only auction!!

Real Estate Terms: Powell Auction will email you documents on June 24 .  The successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign the Real Estate Sales Contract, Terms & Conditions and any other documents needed, upon conclusion of the bidding and will make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price.
