18% Buyers Premium – 15% Buyers Premium on Personal Property if paid by cash or approved check on day of auction.  You will need to present a Bank Letter of Guarantee for Large Purchases in excess of $1,000 when paying by check.  All items are being sold AS IS Where Is with all Faults.  No Guarantee or Warranty is given or implied.  No Sales Tax except for Titled Vehicles!!  There is NO Shipping offered on this auction – Local Pickup ONLY!!!!  It is your responsibility to ensure the trailers and trucks are road worthy before leaving the sale location with them.  Plan to come to preview to check them out!!!  Some equipment is shown with flat tires and other issues, you will need to be able to load them on your trailers to haul them out, bring what you need to load and secure them.  We will have someone to help load items onto your trailer.  It is the buyers responsibility to assist the loader and to secure your own load before pulling out.
