Estate Sale of Mrs. Sue Sloan 60% off Sunday

Sue  was a life long resident of Madisonville.  She was married to Mr Kenneth Sloan for 55 years.   She taught school at various schools in Madisonville for 32 years; her teaching career began at a schoolhouse near Hiwassee College with a combination of 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Sue retired from Madisonville High School in 1983 where she taught English and Art classes. After her retirement, she served on various community committees.   Her home was built in the 1950’s.    She loved gardening and working in her yard.  She was presented yard of the month which she took great pride in.   Many pieces of her art are displayed in the home.  A basket collection of local basket makers are part of this amazing sale.
