If you find an item you like, please CALL or TEXT or EMAIL or LEAVE MESSAGE with us with the number of the photo (located above the image) and we can give u a price and take a credit card payment over the phone. As an example, for photo 103/1035 we simply need the "103" number, as there are 1035 images in the site (at the time of this writing). Thank you!!
Please keep in mind that at the end of every day, we change the status to "sold" for those items that have already been purchased. Those photos will automatically get pushed to the bottom of the page and EstateSales. net will reorder the photo numbers. This is out of our control. It is best to make a list of the photo numbers for items you wish to inquire about, but also provide a few descriptive words to help us both easily identify the item you are interested in in case the number for each photo shifts somewhat.
Phase 1 (Wednesday 20 May — Wednesday 27 May) = PHONE SALES ONLY + Same Day Front Door Pickup (Customers Will Not be able to Enter the Home). The home's address will be provided to you over the phone after your purchase is made, in order for you to arrange for same-day Front Door Pickup.
Phase 2 (Thursday 28 May — Sunday 31 May) = IN PERSON SHOPPING (Phase 2 Customers Must Wear Gloves & Mask While Shopping in the Home). We ask you to please continue to observe CDC and Davidson County social distancing guidelines and maintain 6 feet distance from other customers at all times. Please understand that in order to enter this sale, you must wear gloves and a mask, bandana or scarf covering your mouth & nose, otherwise, you will not be allowed to enter the sale. This allows us to protect ALL our customers — especially those with compromised immunity — from getting sick. Hand sanitizer will be available and number of customers in the home at one time will be limited to maintain 6 feet distance. The home's address will be visible on EstateSales.net the evening prior to the sale.
Credit or Debit Cards accepted with a Valid I.D. NO CASH & NO CHECKS please. All items sold "As Is".
Please bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents.
This home allows for approximately 30-40 cars to park at the home's normal parking area. Please do not park on neighbors grass or in front of mailboxes, fire hydrants or driveways. Thank you for understanding.

PHASE 1
This is PHASE 1 of our Tyne Blvd sale! To best serve our customers who wish to continue social distancing measures, from Wednesday, 20 May until Wednesday, 27 May, we will be taking PHONE PURCHASES ONLY with FRONT DOOR PICKUP SERVICE the same day from 1:00 pm — 4:00 pm.
Customers will not be allowed enter the home during Phase 1 and no discounts during Phase 1. If you see an item you wish to purchase, you may call 615-971-1254 and purchase the item(s) using a credit card over the phone.
We will then set up a time that same day, for you to pick up your item(s) using our curbside service. Again, no one will be able to enter the home during Phase 1.
