My experience with Vintage Bay Estate Sales was EXCEPTIONAL. During the most difficult time of my life, when I was feeling fragile and vulnerable and uncertain, I met Mariana and Jonathan.

They were kind, respectful and professional. They were transparent about everything: commission, scheduling, pricing, time commitments, etc.

They helped me work through some difficult aspects of our sale with creativity and flexibility. They communicated nonstop during the preparation and during sale days.

They provided me with options when there were decisions to make, and they gave me their expert opinions and suggestions along the way.

If you are thinking about an Estate Sale you can’t go wrong in working with Jonathan and Mariana from Vintage Bay Estate Sales. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them.

From the beginning, they went above and beyond my expectations and really put in the extra effort in helping me organize and sort through my belongings. This part was very difficult for me, as I had many sentimental items that were hard to part with. Mariana made the experience tolerable, and I felt good knowing my precious belongings were in great hands! She also brought in their own professionals to set the best price for my higher end designer items.

Jonathan cataloged every item for sale with a photo shoot that turned my home into a professional online store. Their professionalism and expertise helped me sell items even before my sale dates started!

When it came to the first day of sale, they were on it and had my home looking like a department store! At the time of the sale, I had already relocated, but I still felt very informed and included the whole time. They worked seamlessly with my Assistant, who stayed behind to make sure all my items were accounted for and taken care of.

During the sale Mariana checked in with me multiple times a day and then called with a final report every evening to fill me in on the day’s figures. Nearly all my items were sold and I couldn’t have been happier! The little bit that was left over was donated and taken care of which was so helpful!

I couldn’t imagine going through this experience with anyone other than this company. What could have been an extremely stressful and horrific experience, turned out to be truly relaxing and enjoyable.

The difficult decision of selling our family home of almost 40 years became necessary recently, which put us in a position to look for an estate sale company to help with selling the contents left in our home.

Mariana and Jonathan with Vintage Bay Estate Sales are the most friendly and professional persons I have ever met.

Their skills with organizing, pricing and sales is unbelievable. I hired them with the management of settling my parent's estate, which was massive and overwhelming.
