Purchases are subject to local sales tax (8.25%), re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule will be made. No strollers and no pets please, and the house, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. Personal shopping bags not allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags). We provide handled shopping baskets for your shopping convenience as well as a secure "HOLD AREA" at check out so you may shop unfettered. Paper and boxes while they last provided at our outside 'wrap station.' The driveway and space in front of the house are reserved for loading ONLY. DO NOT remove tags from items for any reason. If you want an item and you cannot carry it to check out, stay with it and call out to a staffer for assistance. This 3 -day sale takes place in and on the grounds of a 2,911 sq. ft., two-story 1930’s-era home on a tree-lined Enfield street and it is packed with Hollywood Regency, Asian and designer quality everything!
