Limited entry, no numbers given. Cash, debit & credit cards accepted with a $20 minimum to to void a $2 charge. Purchases subject to Texas sales tax except to bearers of a valid Texas resale number . All sales final and all items sold "as is" with no returns, exchange and NO EXCEPTIONS! No personal shopping allowed bags except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags). We provide handled shopping baskets and a secure hold area at check out for your shopping convenience. Please DO NOT remove tags from furniture or large ticket items. If you cannot carry the item to check out, please call out to a staffer for assistance and stay with the item until you have been helped. We will have paper and boxes at our outside "wrap station" while they last. Please drive and park in a courteous fashion. Our driveway and space in front of the house are reserved for loading and buyers are highly encouraged to bring help for for carrying out and loading their purchases. We ask that all items be removed by Monday following the sale. We appreciate your cooperation & understanding and thank you for attending our sales!

The Eastwoods Neighborhood Association is hosting garage sales throughout our neighborhood on Saturday, April 28. Most sales are from 8 am to 2 pm.

The historic Eastwoods Neighborhood is directly north of the University of Texas - bounded by Dean Keaton (26th Street), Duval St., 32nd Street, and Interstate 35 and includes Eastwoods Park.

Featured in the sales are vintage and antique furniture, household items, small appliances, books, records, clothing, and years of accumulated good stuff!
