Description & Details
This historic 2-story home was built in 1940 and has been in the same family ever since. It is CHOCK FULL of vintage furniture (genuine mahogany, maple and black walnut), antique toys, carnival glass, pottery, crocks and TONS of vintage paper; old magazines, books, postcards, photographs (tin types and black and white snap shots.) The sale is also a time capsule of our agrarian and industrial past; in the garage attic we found several industrial work tables and a bunch of old fashioned ladder back chairs from Austin’s Dunway School of Accounting dating to the 1930’s or 40’s. Crystal, china, bar ware an old Philco tube radio...so many treasures. Come early to see our vintage bee-keeping equipment and rummage around for old bottles and strops in the garage!
