Selling contents of a premier Air BnB. This is an in-person sale only. Due to Covid there will be very limited entry and MASKS ARE REQUIRED (and will be provided while supplies last if you do not have one) to shop the home and the garage. Cash, debit & credit cards all accepted. As always, there is a $20 minimum purchase on credit or debit cards to void a $2 service fee so please bring some cash for small purchases and garage items. Please look over the listing including the photo captions for additional details. Due to time constraints we are not able to respond to every inquiry. No sign up just line up at front door to enter. No numbers given. Please watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents. Purchases are subject to 8.25% local sales tax and re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges, and NO EXCEPTIONS. Please DO NOT remove tags from items. If you want to purchase an item and you cannot carry it call out "SOLD TAG" and a staffer will put your name and number on it and send the tag to the cashiers table until you are ready to check out. Buyers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases-- we do not have staff available to do that. Purchases must be picked up no later than Monday following the sale. We have a limited supply of paper and boxes. No Personal shopping bags allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags, Viva!). We provide a secure "hold area" at check out and staffers will assist you with holds. We thank you for your cooperation and for attending our sales!
Selling the contents of an 2,050 sq. ft. home in the mid-century modern enclave of Wilshire Wood/Delwood. The single story home, long used for a time as a BnB spot, is being sold by the owners who have added many items from their own collections to augment the fabulous pieces already found in the home like curated furnishings, lighting, a full kitchen, artwork and decor. This will make for a very Austin and a very nice sale. There are whimsical pieces of Mexican folk art including a 5 foot Catrina Talavera doll and assorted Day of the Dead imagery and totems, a phenomenal music collection comprised of every manner of dance music concentrating on 70's, 80's and 90's and beyond, once in a lifetime furnishings include a Paul Frankl attributed vintage Tiki bamboo bar with granite countertop and two stools, a burled wood art deco bar, a vintage coin bank collection, travel books, men's clothing XXL and ladies clothing, yard and garden and tools. Cat-veat: The owners had a cat which left its mark on some of the upholstered furniture. Naturally, anything spoiled beyond a certain point was tossed or donated. 🐈
