In-person estate sale only. There will be very limited entry and MASKS ARE REQUIRED (and will be provided while supplies last if you do not have one) to shop the home and the garage. Cash, debit & credit cards all accepted. There is a $20 minimum purchase on credit or debit cards to void a $2 service fee so please bring cash for smaller purchases and garage items. Be sure to look over the listing including the photo captions for additional details on items. Due to time constraints we are not able to respond to every inquiry. There will be no numbers given or sign ups to attend ; just line up at gate to enter. Please watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents. Purchases are subject to 8.25% local sales tax and re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please DO NOT remove tags from items. If you want to purchase an item and you cannot carry it call out for a "SOLD TAG" or ask a staffer who will assist you by putting your name and cell phone number on it and put the irtems in our secure hold area until you are ready to check out. We have a limited supply of paper and boxes. Buyers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases-- we, do not have staff available to do that. Purchases can be picked up during hours of the sale or by arrangement on the Monday following the sale. No Personal shopping bags allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags, Viva!). We provide a secure "hold area" at check out and staffers will assist you with holds.
