Purchases are subject to local sales tax (8.25%), re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges and NO EXCEPTIONS made. Personal shopping bags not allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags). We provide handled shopping baskets for your shopping convenience as well as a secure "HOLD AREA" at check out so you may shop unfettered. DO NOT remove tags from items for any reason. If there is an item you want which you cannot carry to check out, stay with it and call out to a staffer for assistance. Paper and boxes while they last at our outside 'wrap station.' The driveway and space in front of the house are reserved for loading. Buyers must bring help for carrying out and loading their purchases- we do not have staff available to do that.
