Granada Hills Estate Sale

  This is a small but nice sale with some cool stuff including a 1982 McKeee Craft Offshorman 17.4 ft. boat,1983 Evinrude 115hp motor and 1983 Sportsman trailer. The motor may need some work so we are selling as is. Also included will be a really nice tiger oak buffet, oak table with 6 chairs and leaf, almost new Ikea baby bed with accessories, a few antiques, a couple of paintings and many prints Also there are lots of collectiblesglassware,& household items, clothes, some really nice Christmas items including toys, some tools and much more.We also have a new twist this sale as I have rented out a room to a local artison who will be selling some of her handmade items, pottery,&and carnival glass and  will be a separate sale This will be a 2 day sale possible with a 3rd day if needed.
