UPDATE ON THE BIDDING PROCESS: The 10 Danish modern furniture in the sale will be clearly marked as bid items and each piece will have a reasonable starting bid. Bidding is done in person and during the hours of the sale to allow for inspection of the items, ( Friday thru Sunday, April 23rd through April 25th from 10am to 3pm.) There will be a short form to fill out and a "bid box". Fill out one form for each item you wish to bid on. This is a "silent auction” meaning no one will know what anyone else has bid and bids will be sealed. At the conclusion of the sale Sunday we will call the highest bidder with the results.
Due to Covid, we are practicing social distancing and there will be very limited entry. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED. Cash, debit & credit cards all accepted. Unfortunately we are not able to respond to every inquiry regarding pricing, size or availability. Children are permitted but must stay with parent or guardian at all times and lmay look but not touch. No strollers, no pets please. No numbers given, first come, first serve. Please watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents. There is a $20 minimum credit or debit purchase to void a $2 service fee when using a card so bring some cash for small purchases and garage items. Purchases are subject to 8.25% local sales tax and re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges, and NO EXCEPTIONS. Personal shopping bags not allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags). We provide a secure "hold area" at check out and staffers may write up your tickets to expedite your checkout. The driveway and space in front of the house are reserved for loading ONLY. Please DO NOT remove tags from items or open bags for any reason. If you want an item and you cannot carry it to check out, stay with it and call out to a staffer for assistance. They will assist you with the transaction but the buyer is responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases- we do not have staff available to do that. Purchases must be picked up no later than Tuesday following the sale. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation and for attending our sales!
