The estate of Air Force Major Niles Carter and Mrs. Charlene Marshall Carter.  Charlene was born and raised in Victoria Texas where she graduated from Victoria College. She was a cub scout den mother and an accomplished seamstress.  Her husband Niles Carter was a USAF pilot and was stationed in Vietnam, Guam, Big Spring TX. Valdosta GA, Nancy, France, Alconbury, England.
