An in-person, in-home estate sale with limited entry (as space allows). No numbers or sign up sheets given or taken ; just line up in the driveway in front of the home and await for instructions. This is two story homeland is not wheelchair accessible. Please watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents . We collect 8.25% local sales tax on all purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges and ALL SALES FINAL. Shopping baskets will be provided (no personal shopping bags please unless transparent ). MASKS ARE OPTIONAL (unless cases rise again). IF YOU ARE SICK OR NOT FEELING WELL PLEASE REMAIN AT HOME. Payments accepted : Cash, debit cards & credit cards taken inside with a $20 minimum purchase to void a $2 service fee on credit or debit cards. GARAGE IS SEPARATE FROM THE HOUSE Please bring cash for smaller purchases and garage items or you can leave garage items on hold and receive a sales slip and pay with credit or debit inside. There is no entry to the house from the garage and vice versa. If you cannot carry an item you want to check out stay with item and call out for a "SOLD TAG" Please Do not open packaged items or remove tags from items. Buyers are responsible for carrying out and loading their own purchases-- we do not have staff available to do that. Purchases can be picked up during hours of the sale or by arrangement on the Monday following the sale. We provide a secure "hold area" at check out while you shop and staffers will assist you with holds.
