This is an in-home estate sale with limited entry (as space allows). No numbers or sign up sheets will be given out. This is a two story home and is not wheelchair accessible. Shopping baskets are provided (we do not allow personal shopping bags unless transparent.) Payments accepted : Cash, debit cards & credit cards taken inside with a $10 minimum purchase to void a $1 service fee on credit or debit cards. Please bring some cash with you for that and for garage shopping . We collect 8.25% local sales tax on all purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us.
GARAGE OPENS 1 -hr PRIOR (AT 9 AM) for shopping.

All items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges and ALL SALES FINAL. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL- IF YOU ARE SICK OR NOT FEELING WELL PLEASE REMAIN AT HOME. Please do not open packaged items. Buyers are responsible for carrying out and loading their own purchases-- we do not have staff available to do that. All items must be removed by end of day Sunday unless other arrangements are made with Joe or Cathie. We provide a secure "hold area" at check out while you shop our staffers are the best and are ready to assist you with holds.
