Cash, debit and credit all accepted ( CASH ONLY for purchases under $20.) City of Austin sales tax is collected and re-sellers must have a resale tax certificate on file with us or fill one out if it is your first time shopping with us. Items are sold "as is" with no guarantees or warranties and ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Children are permitted but must be supervised by a guardian at all times and may look but not touch. Please do not remove tags from furniture, wall hangings and other "large ticket" items. If you cannot carry it to check out please ask a staffer to assist you. There will be a hold area near check out so you can shop unfettered. Please expect to carry your own loads although we are usually able to assist with moving items later in the day. We are happy to recommend reliable local movers who work at reasonable rates and their cards will be at check out. NO pre-sales , everything is sold in situ during the days and hours below, on a first come, first serve basis. This is the estate CWO-5 Craig F. Wojtowicz (1951 - 2014) USMC (Ret.) who served in Vietnam and was stationed at Treasure Island and was later transferred to Camp Smith in Honolulu, Hawaii and later Camp Pendleton, California. He was the first ever CWO-5 for the Marine Corps in the Finance division and his promotion took place in Okinawa, Japan. His last tour was at the Pentagon in Washington DC.
