No early entry, sorry!! We accept cash, credit or debit cards, Venmo or local checks with ID. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges once items leave the home.
You must bring your own help/movers to load large items on day of purchase with appropriate moving supplies.
We are not able to offer loading services due to liability issues.
Items should be removed on the day purchased.
We allow holds for 30 minutes while shopping, after 30 minutes items will be returned to the sale.
Not responsible for accidents on property. Entrance acknowledges your acceptance of any risk on injury while attending the sale.
Please park with care in the neighborhood. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
