Southern Eccentrics, LLC of Austin is a women-owned family company serving clients in the Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Georgetown area. We specialize primarily in estate, moving, downsizing and liquidation sales. Southern Eccentrics is a small company so we are only able to accept projects that we feel we can really do well. We create a completely customized, concierge-style service plan for each of our clients. We believe that our efforts are best placed in serving our client needs first while secondarily providing the community with excellent shopping opportunities at any of our sales.
All projects start with a personal consultation and interview. We handle all phases of purging, evaluating, organizing, staging, pricing, selling, and clearing the interior of a home. It is wonderful to have plenty of time to work on a full home but in some circumstances, speed is required. Most homes will require 1 to 2 weeks of preparation time with a 3-day sale at the end. In a very few cases, we are able to prepare a space for sale in a shorter timeframe. We believe there are a million ways to get things done so we are always thinking of creative ways to get the best results.
For most of our clients, the goal is to clear the property so it can be sold. For others, it is downsizing to a smaller space or clearing clutter from the home. With our detailed work plans, clients always know where we are in the plan and feel comfortable with the process. For clients who do not live in the area, we have frequent status and update meetings online or via phone. We strive for transparency and ethical treatment of all inventory and financial aspects of any sale.
