Please be prepared to park and walk to the barn and home--wear comfortable shoes as there is a rocky path to the barn. You will be allowed to return with your vehicle to load. Please watch your step and do not cross any caution tape. There may be lines at times (at check out or to load.) We thank you for your patience and ask that you follow the instructions of our ground team and do not block traffic.
No large purses, backpacks or personal shopping bags unless transparent. We provide shopping baskets and will gladly secure your selections while you shop. We will have some packing material and boxes on hand for our customers until it runs out . All items are sold "as is" and "where is" and all sales are final.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards and ApplePay. We collect 8.25% local sales tax on purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us.
All items must be removed by Monday 8p.m. after the sale.

At this amazing property, we will be offering four generations of a home and barn packed full. The barn is full of rustics, tools, advertising, old army tents, Bell telephone, fishing, cast iron, insulators, project furniture, crocks, an old Mercury outboard motor, Craftsman tool boxes, old bottles, antique metal drums, an antique grinding stone pedal wheel, a working antique squirrel cage blower fan and so much more. The three bedroom main house has a full vintage Christmas and seasonal room, a toy room with vintage and modern toys and games, and a UT/sports room with new with tags UT t-shirts, a Mack Brown/Darrel Royal signed football, a Vincent Young signed football, Rose Bowl, Masters Golf, and a NY Yankee stadium seat. We have a great collection of costume jewelry and smalls including Kendra Scott, pocket knives, belt buckles, pin backs, a collection of 75 or more Hummel figurines, Wild Turkey decanters, a Motorola console stereo, lots of ephemera including old Austin newspapers, Lanier High School, Bell Telephone directories and WWII photos. We have lots of yard art, Texas stars, wagon wheels, pots, a vintage wrought iron patio set, vintage radio control hobby aircraft and parts, and the list goes on and on.
