All items are sold "as is" "where is" and all sales are final. The estate property is fronted by apartment villas Walk down the private drive. There will be security to direct you however you should be on foot, cars are off limits.  There is no on-premise parking. You may park at Hospice Austin and make the short walk down the private drive. 

​​​​​​​You will be permitted to return with your vehicle to load-up large purchases and there will parking attendant on stand to facilitate.  
Limited entry (as space allows.) The garage will open for early shopping and we can hold your items or you can put them in your car before shopping the home. No food or drink please. Children are discouraged but must stay with guardian at all times and may look but not touch. Austin Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents so please watch your step! No large purses or backpacks or personal shopping bags allowed in shopping areas unless transparent. We provide shopping baskets and have secure hold areas while you shop. . We will have some packing material and boxes on hand for our customers until it runs out.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. We charge 8.25% local sales tax on purchases. Re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us to be eligible for tax exemption.
