Cash is preferred! We do accept credit/debit cards or Venmo over a minimum charge of $15. The minimum purchase policy is to offset card and electronic payment service fees we have to pay. We no longer accept PayPal, CashApp or Zelle due to recent issues with fraud.
Please use the lowest denomination of bills for your purchase. For example, we avoid accepting $100 bills for a $2 purchase.
Please inspect your items before purchase. All sales are final with no refunds or returns unless discussed at time of purchase. We will be reasonable but once an item leaves the property, we are unlikely to accept returns or make refunds. Everything must go to make room for future estate sale.
Not responsible for accidents on property. There are stairs or steps throughout any property. Entrance acknowledges your acceptance of any risk of injury while attending the sale.
No early entries can be allowed. Sale starts at 9am. If there is a line and you are first in line, text Melissa at 512/6273387 with your name and time you arrived in line. We will let folks in according to the time that is stamped on their texts. If you do not use text, call and leave Melissa a message with the time you arrived. We will limit entrants to 20 at a time, if necessary. It is usually not necessary to limit entrants.
We don't stock bags. You may bring bags but not boxes.
Items should be removed on the day purchased. We do not deliver. You must arrange your own help/movers to load large items on day of purchase with appropriate moving supplies. TaskRabbit moving services app is a great resource for hiring movers by the item or by the hour. We do not supply moving materials such as padding or tie downs.
We are not able to offer large item loading services due to liability issues. However, if you have physical challenges, we will gladly help you to your vehicle with your bags/boxes.
We allow holds for 30 minutes while shopping, but after 30 minutes, items will be returned to the sale. We do not allow "stockpiling" without notifying a staff member of your intention to purchase all the items you are removing from the sale inventory.
We hate to even mention that we will most certainly report and pursue charges against shoplifters. Retail theft can easily be a felony offense in Texas. We encourage those in need of support for household items or food to just ask. We love our community and there are resources we can use to help those in need.
Please park with care in the neighborhood. Park only on one side of the street. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Watch for deer!!
