Unit 273 is the second unit from San Marcelo (just beyond the grass), directly behind a tile-roofed mailbox station. You can park on the shoulder of San Marcelo and easily walk to #273. Or you can take Fountain Bleau, go right on Greensboro, and follow it to a very small parking lot. LOOK FOR AND FOLLOW OUR SIGNS!

This delightful San Marcelo Brownsville estate sale is in a small and tidy condo. The sale is TWO DAYS ONLY, starting Friday. We're selling a sofa, chairs, and accent tables. We have a lovely light-wood-colored dining table and matching china cabinet. We have beds and bedroom furniture. The kitchen has lots of cookware. And of course, we have collectible glassware, fine china, decorative art, and more!  Everything is in great condition and ready for a new home! 

CASH, CHECK AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED (a three percent fee applies to all card purchases). 

NOTE: PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN HELP FOR MOVING FURNITURE. WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER TO MOVE FURNITURE!  DO NOT BUY FURNITURE IF YOU CAN'T GET HELP MOVING IT! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
