We will let folks in according to the time of their texts. If you do not use text, call and leave Melissa a message with the time you arrived. We will limit entrants to 20 at a time, if necessary.
We accept cash, credit or debit cards, All sales are final with no returns or exchanges once items leave the home.
You must arrange your own help/movers to load large items on day of purchase with appropriate moving supplies.
We have minimal packing supplies so bring your own boxes/bags. Leave them outside of the property until ready to pack up to leave.
We are not able to offer loading services due to liability issues.
Items should be removed on the day purchased.
We allow holds for 30 minutes while shopping, after 30 minutes items will be returned to the sale.
Please park with care in the neighborhood. Park only on one side of the street. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
