Restrooms always available at our sales.
Shopping bags are permitted at our sales.
We do accept debit/credit cards and checks.
We do collect taxes for the state, county, and city.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and friends while shopping.
Buyers are responsible for disassembling, packing, and moving all of their purchases.
You will have until the end of the sale to remove all large purchases.
Neither we, nor the homeowner, are responsible for accidents.
It is always a good idea to return to the sale on the last day!

Numbers will go out Thursday morning at 7:30AM. WE WILL BE GIVING OUT ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. IF YOUR PARTY IS MORE THAN ONE, EACH PERSON NEEDS TO BE IN LINE. Your time of entry will be posted on the board, so you don't have to wait in the cold.
#1-40 enter at 8:30
#41-80 enter at 10
#81-120 enter at 11:30
If the numbers bucket is empty, it means all slots are filled. You can enter Thursday after 1, Friday, and Saturday with no number.
